Recent graduates of ����ʦapp’s associate degree nursing program at the Lex Walters campus were recognized in a pinning ceremony in December.

����ʦapp will be holding two fall commencement exercises on December 11.

John Sloan has spent his career working to “protect and serve.” As an instructor for the criminal justice program at ����ʦapp, he is now working to prepare the next generation of those who will enter the criminal justice system.

����ʦapp and Lander University recently signed an articulation agreement that will provide a new gateway for students with an associate degree who would like to continue their education with a bachelor’s of science in nursing (B.S.N.).

Recently, ����ʦapp and Lander University bolstered their existing transfer partnerships by signing an agreement that will offer honors students a new path to realizing a high level of achievement at both institutions.

����ʦapp recently hosted a training for local educators entitled “TypeFocus Workshop: Personality Type Theory and Application” based on the nationally recognized online personality type career exploration resource.

Legal, law enforcement and corrections jobs are hot commodities in today's job market. The criminal justice program at ����ʦapp provides students with the training they need to get started in these exciting careers.

Two ����ʦapp students recently made the trip to Washington, D.C. as part of the Community College Undergraduate Research Initiative (CCURI) conference. The trip allowed students to make presentations at the Capital on the importance of undergraduate research.

As a young high school student, David Martin had his goals set. He knew what he wanted to do and had the plan on how to pursue it.

����ʦapp’s Continuing Education Division will host the 2014 Foothills Skills & Crafts Show Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the James Medford Family Event Center.
